Course Overview
Business development can seem complex and feel unnatural, especially if you haven’t had to do it before. But, taking a strategic approach to it is key to growing your firm and staying competitive.
In this course we’ll evaluate various business development strategies you can use to identify, nurture and acquire new clients, opportunities and drive growth and profitability.
You’ll also hear from Katherine Thomas, who runs her own consultancy helping law firms grow by developing existing client relationships, establishing new relationships and launching new services.
At the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
- Develop a vision for an organisation
- Apply growth strategies to an organisation
- Select a strategy model to apply to an organisation
The course contains content that falls within the mandatory CPD categories of Practice Management and Business Skills and Professional Skills.
